At Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, taking care of our community is part of our corporate moral culture. That's why we embrace a spirit of teamwork and partnership to help build stronger, more successful communities. We have a long-standing commitment to contributing at least five percent of our pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations.
We offer two types of donations to non-profit organizations: Restaurant- and Corporate-Level. Please read on to determine which type best fits your needs.
Restaurant-Level Donations
Our restaurant managers are authorized to make ONE of the following donations per event:
- Up to 15 dozen cookies at 50% off
- Up to $10 in gift cards
- Up to $15 in product (Smiley Cookies, food, or supplies)
Non-profit organizations are eligible to receive a restaurant-level donation once per year. To receive one of these donations, take a written request on your organization’s letterhead to the general manager of your local Eat’n Park.
Restaurant managers reserve the right to deny donation requests, and organizations may receive only one donation per event per year. Requesting donations from multiple Eat’n Park locations for the same event is prohibited.
Corporate-Level Donations
Requests for sponsorship, Smiley Cookies, gift cards, and any other in-kind donation exceeding the amounts above must be approved by our corporate office.
In order to be considered for a corporate-level donation, you must submit your request at least 5 weeks before your deadline or event date. Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests that we receive both at the restaurant and corporate level, we are unable to participate in all of the worthy opportunities presented to us, and we cannot make exceptions to our 5-week deadline.
To request a corporate-level donation, click the link below. If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to create an account using your email address. Returning applicants can sign in with their email address and chosen password.
Once you have submitted your request, you will be notified via email when a decision has been made. We will respond to all requests within 3 weeks. If your request has been approved, further instruction on how to go about collecting the donation will also be sent via email.

Submit Corporate-Level Donation Request
Smiley and his Cookie Cruiser visit community events throughout the year. If you would like to invite Smiley and/or his Cookie Cruiser to your special event, click the link below to fill out our online form. This form must be submitted at least six weeks before your event.
Unfortunately, we cannot finalize Smiley's schedule until four weeks prior to an event, so we'll respond to Smiley Mascot and Cookie Cruiser appearance requests at that time. Please note that Smiley does not make appearances at private events.
