EAT’N PARK PUMPS UP ITS CLASSIC SUPERBURGER®
11/30/2007

Eat'n Park Restaurants, known for its array of healthy menu options, invites guests to indulge with the new 800-calorie Black Angus Superburger, which premiered in all Eat'n Park locations Monday, November 5.

"It's the biggest, best burger we've ever offered," boasted Kevin O'Connell, senior vice president, Marketing, Eat'n Park Restaurants.  "While we are committed to offering healthy choices for our guests, we also realize that part of eating out is indulgence and treating yourself."

The Black Angus Superburger, a twist on an Eat'n Park classic, satisfies with two chargrilled 6 oz. seasoned Black Angus burger patties smothered in melted cheese, and adorned with pickle slices, shredded lettuce, and Sauce Supreme on a double-decker sesame seed bun.

In test restaurants, the Black Angus Superburger has been extremely popular, exceeding all sales expectations.

According to O'Connell, the Superburger, an Eat'n Park staple, has been one of its best sellers since the company opened its doors in 1949. The original Superburger will also remain on the menu.

In addition to the ginormous Black Angus Superburger, Eat'n Park also is rolling out its new baked Lemon Sole for those interested in the lighter side.
