Eat'n Park Hospitality Group today announces the addition of Mark Broadhurst as director of Concept Development, according to Basil Cox, president, COO.
In his new position, Broadhurst will review opportunities within the company's portfolio of brands and explore new opportunities that help advance the company's corporate culture and growth objectives.
"At Eat'n Park, we are known for providing only the best to our guests - from high-quality affordable meals to excellent service," said Cox. "The addition of Mark as our newest team member will help us continue that mission, as well as enhance how we connect with our guests in new and exciting ways."
That's a challenge Broadhurst says he is ready for since he is no stranger to achieving success in the hospitality industry.
He most recently served as director of operations for Kahunaville, an award-winning casual-themed restaurant, nightclub, and bar concept with nine locations throughout North America and two in Southeast Asia. There he was responsible for developing the chain's bar and beverage menu and program, which Cheers magazine recognized as being the Best Beverage Program in the chain restaurant industry in 2001.
