Eat’n Park Restaurants (www.eatnpark.com) is kicking off a month-long Smiley’s Birthday Party celebration in June featuring 99-cent kids’ meals and a number of appearances by Smiley at Eat’n Park restaurants. Smiley’s Birthday celebration will run through the month of June, beginning immediately and ending Monday, June 30.
“More than a million kids visit Eat’n Park restaurants every year,” says Kevin O’Connell, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Eat’n Park Restaurants. “For Smiley’s birthday celebration, Eat’n Park is thanking our youngest guests with fun events and parties throughout the month. Providing delicious kids’ meals for only 99-cents is our way of thanking mom and dad, too.”
Each kids’ meal includes a free treat bag with cool Smiley stuff, and, of course, a Smiley Cookie.
Eat’n Park’s popular Stay Active coloring contest will also be returning for its third year, inviting all of Smiley’s youngest friends to draw and color a picture of how they like to stay active. Winners will be chosen from each Eat’n Park Restaurant and one grand prize winner will be selected to win bicycles for a family of four.
Smiley himself will be making more than 30 appearances at Eat’n Park restaurants and community events, including a special birthday celebration at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Summer Reading Extravaganza on June 8. The complete schedule of Smiley’s appearance is available at www.findsmiley.com.
The 99-cent kids’ meals are not valid on breakfast buffets or on takeout, and kids’ treat bags are available while supplies last. The guest check must include one adult meal.
