Eat'n Park Announces Winner of 2nd Annual Stay Active Coloring Contest

Eat’n Park Restaurants awarded four bicycles to Kameron Delatore and her family on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Big Bang Bikes in West Mifflin. Kameron was the grand-prize winner in Eat’n Park’s Stay Active Coloring Contest.

Part of Eat’n Park’s LifeSmilesTM initiative, Smiley’s Stay Active Coloring Contest was held from June 17 – July14, 2013, encouraging children to draw a picture demonstrating how they like to stay active during the summer months. Following the contest, each restaurant selected a winner, with Kameron, a 10-year-old from the Wellsburg, West Virginia area, being chosen as the grand prize winner. Kameron’s prize is a Smiley Backyard Activity Kit and four bicycles from Big Bang Bicycles for her family.

“At Eat’n Park, we’re passionate about kids’ health and nutrition,” said Becky McArdle, Eat’n Park spokeswoman. “Through the coloring contest, kids were able to share their fitness passions with us. In Kameron’s winning entry, she illustrated her favorite activity, biking!”

Kameron is the daughter of Lou and Karen Delatore and currently is a 5th grader at Wellsburg Middle School in West Virginia. She participates in the Wellsburg Middle School band, Franklin Methodist Church Choir, and Brookhills Theater. She also has two siblings, Louie and Kallie.
