Eat'n Park was founded in 1949 as the first Pittsburgh-area drive-in restaurant with carhops. Though the carhops are gone, and we now have more than 70 locations throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, one thing remains the same -- our commitment to providing great food, exceptional value, and outstanding service.

Existing at the crossroads of classic and cutting-edge, Hello Bistro combines Eat’n Park’s most-loved favorites and fresh, new flavors in an urban setting.

Built on a foundation of juicy burgers and an outrageously diverse salad bar – 55 toppings and counting – Hello Bistro serves up a creative new twist on everything from breakfast to sandwiches (or, as we say, sam’iches) to shakes, floats and more. Six Penn Kitchen is a casual yet elegant American bistro that features fresh, thoughtful cuisine. Executive Chef Brian Little’s menu highlights seasonal ingredients and takes an updated approach to regional classics. From our stocks and sauces in the kitchen, to our housemade Limoncello and infused vodkas, everything is expertly prepared and crafted in-house.

Located in the heart of the cultural district in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our modern dining space offers two floors of seating, including space available for private events. When the weather allows, our guests take full advantage of our open-air rooftop bar and the great views that it affords.
